Dear PIHRA Member,
Your PIHRA Board of Directors is pleased to announce the details regarding the 2008 PIHRA Golf Classic. Vital information regarding this event:
It will be held at Palm Valley Golf Club, 2211 N Litchfield Rd, Goodyear, AZ.
Registration will begin at 6:30am with a shot gun start at 7:30am.
Your registration fee includes use of the practice facility and range balls prior to the start, 18
holes of golf with cart, and lunch after everyone is finished. Raffle tickets and Mulligan’s will
be available for sale.
Foursomes are encouraged but not required. If you don't have a team, do not worry, we will
find you one. The registration fee is $75 per person.
PIHRA members are given the opportunity to “golf for free.” All you have to do is secure any
level of sponsorship and you will be able to golf for free. Sponsorship tiers begin at $200.
Even if you do not plan of golfing, sponsors and participants are needed and you can still
assist the entire association by doing some legwork and spreading the word about this event.
This event is our primary fundraiser and to be successful, we need full course of golfers and
sponsors.
Attached is a letter and forms with complete details. Use the enclosed materials in the
recruitment of potential sponsors and playing participants.
